Kelsey and Natalie met during the height of COVID when Natalie moved to Nashville. Both were looking to build connections and quickly found common ground at the gym. Kelsey had just moved from Philadelphia, and their shared love for fitness and friendship took off from there.
Now living in Nashville, Kelsey is a devoted Eagles fan and the proud dog mom to Lemon (short for Lemon Loaf). She brings energy, laughter, and a competitive spirit to everything she does!

Now living in El Paso, TX, Melissa recently moved back home to be closer to family. She and her husband are also preparing to welcome their first baby into the world this April—an exciting new chapter for an already incredible friend!

Now living in Jersey City, Garrett works for a leading AI company, Neural Concept, and has a background in engineering from the University of Rhode Island. Last summer, he joined Sean and Natalie in Norway, spending a week at the cabin on the island—an unforgettable adventure.

As a day student, Matthew balanced both academics and athletics, excelling not just on the soccer field but also as one of the top racing cyclists in the country during high school and college.
Now living in Providence, Rhode Island, Matthew recently completed his master’s degree in architecture and will soon be working at a prestigious firm in Newport. His drive, dry sense of humor, talent, and long-standing friendship with Sean make him an invaluable part of the wedding party

Now living in Brooklyn, New York, he works as a director of finance for one of the largest renewable energy asset managers in the world. Outside of work, his greatest role is being a devoted husband to Ceci and a new father—the couple welcomed their baby boy in April.

Their friendship deepened when they worked together on the startup Kourai, developing an AI lifeguard that secured investment and a distribution deal from Resideo, the world’s largest home security distributor.
